I overindulged in brown sugar, picturing you with glowing orange skin, deep toasted brown, like toasted jasmine rice, with an ethereal aroma — playing off the warm golden flow of the ripe peaches I carefully sliced You glow so high in the moon beam of that red black blankness that I fear I will never reach you again and that you will never have my heart, despite the fact that I give it to you repeatedly. You left, and I still love you.

My dear Swamp Thing, You transcended into Milky Moon space Eyes larger than Saturn Hypnotic and sweet Fervent and grasping Lemon peaked, powerful I couldn’t breathe as you covered the earth and sky A Goddess that moved the tide You held me so tightly I flew straight down, through the highest mountain peak Your breath was a winsome harp-like composition I found euphoria with you, Moon-Milk Eyes in my dysphoric, thudding,
